    This is the basic and wholesome thali menu which most indians eat on a daily basis. This course is for all those Indian food fans who are already a bit experienced with the Indian cuisine and spices.

    The Menu Includes: Seasonal vegetable or bean curry, Mango or any seasonal fruit chutney, A yoghurt dip with seasonal fruit, pudding of choice as dessert, Indian flatbread Naan, Cumin rice.

    This cooking course is for all those indian food fans who always wanted to cook Indian food at home but found it overwhelming due to the multitude of spices used and didn't know where and how to begin. This menu includes few very easy and fast to prepare yet flavorful and healthy recipes.

    The Menu includes: Dal Tadka with Rice (Tempered lentils with Rice), Aloo masala (pan fried spicy potatoes), Khamang kakdi (cucumber peanut salad), (Joghurt recipe), Seasonal chutney, Kesar shrikhand (Dessert with saffron and quark base)

    This course includes a few easy to cook, healthy, tasty, hasslefree and with least after clean up yet wholesome recipes which could be whipped up in just one pot. Great for people who don't have much time on hand to cook!!

    The Menu includes: Vegetable pulao (with rice or millets), Dal dhokli (dough dumplings/strips cooked in spiced dal), Mango / fruit/tomato chutney OR Instant pickle (as per the season and availability), Tadka raita (tempered joghurt), Kachumbar salad (mixed spiced salad)

    With this course you get to learn a few easy to cook sattvic and ayurveda inspired indian recipes along with tips on using spices, oils and vegetables as per your body types (prakruti and doshas).
